I’m a Michigan native who has made his way to North Carolina by way of Washington. Along the way I worked as a software engineer on Silverlight, Windows Phone, Edge, Azure DevOps, and GitHub. In 2023, I looked at my job and decided it no longer brought me any joy, so I took a long break to focus on spending time with my family, playing games, and making things to share with the world. Now, I’m back to work as a software engineer at DuckDuckGo.
